My focus on personal training took a new direction when my wife, after having our daughter and needing to lose her postpartum weight following a c-section, required specialized assistance. Restricted in her options, I delved into research, practical experience, and numerous trials to help her successfully shed the postpartum weight. Witnessing her transformation was inspiring.

Being able to positively impact individuals, particularly women who have undergone significant changes during childbirth, is immensely fulfilling. It highlights the resilience and strength of the human body, particularly that of mothers and women. To further aid these women, I pursued nursing school, combining it with my background in exercise science. With over a decade of experience and ongoing healthcare education, I am confident in my ability to support you on your postpartum journey.

But my skill set doesn’t stop there. Being a former athlete I know the benefits of strength training, jump training, and cardiovascular health on overall body composition and health benefits. Therefore wheter you’re trying to lose pregnancy weight, or add muscle and strength, KHS Fitness is the answer for you.
